They’ve got FaceBrowser which is just off-brand Facebook that some people use to sell goods by wording them as other things, but tbh 9/10 if your looking to buy and sell stuff your best bet is to legitimately just talk to people that you find.

what is gta world's policy on pking other people?

here on neb there are really strict rules about when and why you can kill someone but in the real world a lot of the time people kill other people because of emotionally related shit or simple 'he knows too much' kinda stuff. Is that accounted for in gta world or is it similar to neb?

just curious. i know I can look at their rules and stuff but id like to hear it from people who are experienced in the server what the community's mindset is on character death

there are pk's and ck's

pk's are basically new life rule, forgetting about the events that leaded to your death, and if you're in a faction war you're not allowed to participate anymore

ck's are character-kill, as the name goes, your character is gone, BUT, you get to re-name the character and still have almost all assets (i believe so) just different life person different character

idk about the 'he knows too much' thing, i don't think it's a reason to kill, unless the opposing party knows you're going to act with the information

lots of high level criminals will murder people without CKs but if you're going against a direct opponent to your group then its usually permanent death

nobody gets pissy about being CKed unless they're a really big retard and CK appeals dont happen

The only time CK's really get questioned is if the person doing it is a massive mong; very rarely will a CK be doing in "S2K" where you roll up on someone - unless its a literal driveby or whatever.

If its internal you'll usually get great RP beforehand.
