99.99% of this server prefer to do fuckall and complain on the forums and could have just as easily killed any of the characters mentioned. they just didnt.

when people are running any kind of initiative people either have friends or they have a bunch of people who want them dead usually they have friends

yes old custom suits on lemonpunch were silly, no, no one had any "OOC protection" on nebulous . cloud beyond the friends they kept

Back in late helix one when I still played Tex, I was straight up given the chance to merc' Tell' Vurr in an event ran by DeePixel (Don't know their current fourm name). Now, because of the character's position and loyalties at the time, I didn't. Though I would like to know what the plan was event wise had I gone through with it.
