the shooting was really nice in the first one, even as someone who is dogshit at console shooters

I think it was because everything was really brutal and there was barely any HUD to distract you.

You feel like a weird apocalypse assassin when you toss a brick at someone's head, sprint up to them while they're dazed and Lucille their head in with a bat.
