**I know that I've gone on about this before and I've gotten some fairly well made arguments in the past the one that comes to mind the most is that we didn't have a map which would suppourt deployment of Conscripted forces I want to say right off the bat I Do not want this threat to turn into a flame war with everyone, I want to see some discussion and community dialogue going on, Now to get into the topic above**
I feel that given the stale state rebel Rp is going through right now that if we were to re-introduce a reserve conscript battalion similar to that of Peace company or India Company comprised of either Penal citizens or even Loyalist voulenteers or a general mixed bag of such **I've spoken to various people Via PM's who would be very interested in this both in hosting it and participating ** And we were to have them deployed In-Map along the outer city walls it could create another dynamic for rebel rp, An added threat if you will, Most of the time if you are to go near that area you'll usually see *No meta* That it's pretty much always un-manned, Now if we were to make another ragtag conscript unit on the map we could easily use areas in the Outlands like the commune for *Example* as a training grounds or even just around the outer-walls, What I'm going for here mainly is if you're a resistance fighter in-game be it a citizen dissident displeased with the union and you're taking refuge outside of the city in the outlands, Or if you're a battle hardened Anti-citizen, Most people will admitt as I've seen a good number of people here saying in looc and ooc that they're simply bored of rebel rp as of late as it seems the only form of progression of anyone's story arch has been soley through event, The Point of this being that if we're given a foe such as a conscript battalion that it could create a new element of danger, Instead of bluesuit's just rushing out in the open they may have to be slightly sneakier even sometimes taking the longer routes otherwise you might be shot or even killed by a Conscript, Currently there's zero threat, there's no overwatch soldiers constantly manning it, no turrets, It's just a big gate with a wall and I'd kind of like to see that change aswell I'd like everyone's opinion on implementing this, If we can get significent suppourt from the community given this is something they'd like to see to spice up rebel/outlands rp aswell as even citizen rp, Beacuse remeber you can possibly have Loyalists and Penal citizens poetentially being drafted and sent out there this could help shape and develop even some characters giving them a mixed outlook on both the Union and the Resistance.
