It's amazing how quickly the list of actors who feel disappointed grows. It'd be extremely frustrating playing and (at a certain point becoming a character) only to have two idiot writers toss you to the side and give you shit death scene. There comes a certain point where you almost think that the actors PLAYING the characters would be better at writing the dialogue and script

briefly recall seeing an interview or a sum up of an interview with the actor for barristan selmy from a few seasons back where he's talked about how he felt shafted because he was playing one of the greatest swordsmen of all time and he has practically no role doing anything in the show, despite having tried to argue with the writers.

Especially considering he genuinely died in an alleyway to a bunch of untrained slave owners. In the books he has such a fleshed out story as well. Euron’s actor is the exact same way about it. He wasn’t expecting to play some one dimensional pirate considering how Euron has all sorts of mystical aspects to him
