Proof would be needed for a ban request, when the actual staff personally witness the cheating and go to lengths to setup scenarios that would trigger a cheat, no need to have a video. But that doesn't play into the "he's innocent" agenda.

How about common sense? Staff aren’t above cheating (as seen in the past) and clearly aren’t above lying, I’m not saying you’re wrong, but I’m asking is there actually evidence

If you’re setting up scenarios for it, why didn’t you record it? As evidence? It’s common practice for ban requests/appeals to record it, and as staff you should’ve known this would happen

Because I didn’t think someone would cheat so blatantly to the point it would be caught with simple spectate and with others watching over it wasn’t nesecery necessary. You’re also missing out that he publicly asked why I was spectating him.

It doesn’t matter if I know this would happen, multiple staff saw. Throwing the dig about staff cheating is a great example because none of you asked for evidence when they were demoted for it, so why didn’t you?

It’s common knowledge you can tell when someone is spectating you if you played enough WW3, or knew people who did.

Actually, it does matter, and the fact you haven’t named any of these other staff bar you and BQ makes the legitimacy of this even thinner. Nobody complained when said staff member was demoted for it because they pretty much admitted to it, albeit it they didn’t think they were doing any wrong

Seems very biased to not care about the proof in the case of Eridian when I caught him, he didn't admit it right away and denied it initially.
