Truth be told but I actually do agree with some, if not most of your views about the server. Mainly regarding how currently the passiveRP and focus on developed characters is being handled.

Speaking my personal opinion now, but ever since we have switched to Helix, the server to me has been too focused about finding a system for rebels to get gear instead of focusing on their actual character development.

I genuinely think rebel players should be given a reason to play. Back in clockwork, we had harry with his Alaric char. who was able to encourage rebels into keeping peace.
