Suggestion Add a "Blood Trail" when you're bleeding.

Description: For the duration of a bleed when moving or standing still have blood leave a trail/pool depending on whether a person is moving or stood still. Once the bleed has been treated cease any trails or blood pools.

Why is this worth adding?: It's immersive, plus it can allow Cops and EMS to see what direction the injured person went in if they are not present at the scene.

im pretty sure cops can see you bleed if they use their flashlight but a visual indication would be really nice too
