Suggestion Add "Earplugs"

Description: Add Ear plugs.

Why is this worth adding?: You can dampen down the noise of the SFX whilst maintaining the VOIP Sound. Plus I've seen this feature on other servers. It is incredibly QoL and cash money.

Requirements: Development Work.

Why not just make people suffer from crippling tinnitus unless they have earplugs in when they shoot

Petting cats and dogs more use than a hot key for a slider that already exists in your menu. At least pet petting is something new.
