Suggestion Add more animations to the list of animations that permit handcuffing

I find that sometimes it's hard to properly explain to people that 'Hands Up 1' is the only one that permits handcuffing. I recommend the following animations also get added:

Hands Up 2
Hands Up 3

Surrender 1
Surrender 2
Surrender 3
Surrender 4
Surrender 5
Surrender 6

The benefit of this would be both more variety for the individuals surrendering, and a smoother experience when trying to get people handcuffed that are surrendering/putting their hands up.
