Addons not on singleplayer

Alot of the addons that I am subscribed to are not actually on singleplayer. Any help?

Reinstall gmod.

Uninstall and reinstall all your addons

Verify cache

I believe they wont show up in singleplayer, especially if they're downloaded from one of the servers. You'd need to run clockwork to use them.
