Suggestion Allow injured players to check themselves in at hospital

Description: (Especially when there are no paramedics on) Allow players to check themselves into hospital to get healed even if they are not downed.

Sometimes my injuries are so deep that the bandages don't really do a whole lot.

Picture this: I just got into a massive car crash, I'm one hit away from dying so I drive to the hospital but all the paramedics are asleep. My only options are to pop to the store and gauze my head up with a dozen bandages. It'd be nice if instead I could go check in at the hospital and relax for a bit instead of having to spend hundreds of dollars on fixing my deep head trauma with bandages.

This is already a thing when no EMS is online. You simply go up to Nancy and it teleports you to a medical bed.

I would appreciate if Paramedics received some form of mechanics that allowed them to heal you up tho. Gives them a lot more to do.
