Bug Animations bugged for some (clientside issue?)

Description:
Vehicles and other animations produce errors or incorrect animations.
This has been affecting me (and others) since yesterday.

Steps to reproduce:
If afflicted, enter a vehicle.

Additional notes:
This might be a bug with the content, I remember the last iteration had a part of the content pack that broke animations.

I think it's caused by conflicting addons in relation to the Enhanced Citizens pack. I haven't had the issue myself.

I would recommend unsubscribing from everything on the workshop and subbing only to the Neb content.
Run menu_cleanupgmas and verify the integrity of your files.
