Anims/acts aren't working for me

I've been having this problem for like 2 days and have no idea how to fix it.
It's extremely annoying and it RuINs mY iMMeRsiON

I've tried verifying game cache reinstalling content pack etc
Nebulous content is the only content pack I have installed so I don't think it's conflicting addons.

Have you got all your games mounted?

This is caused by downloading cs:s content online, remove it from your add-ons and see if it makes a difference.
