Make a good application that follows the format, noticed your previous applications do not. If you are looking for a job where you don't need to apply then ask around in shops if you can help out.

If you plan on applying for a faction (or a “job”), I recommend working on your ability to communicate in game with other players, aswell as creating a good application for factions you apply for. A good starting faction for someone new would have to be CWU. So if you wish to apply, go to the CWU Application Format (<—Click) thread, and throughly read over the requirements, and generally what the faction is about. Feel free to add me on steam if you need help with anything, more than willing since I’ve noticed your struggle.
