Bug Character Creation Proceed button. [I fixed it!]

Priority: Might just be myside but pretty big
Description:
Simply put, I've been trying to make a character in the character creation tab (first character since returning to the server).
When everything is ready, I press the proceed button, and nothing happens.. I am still on the same screen with the avatar selection and character name/description.

Rejoined about three times now to see if it fixes, but so far no luck. Am I doing something wrong?
