Description:
Bug 1. If you begin dismantling the chop shop vehicle while holding a stolen item from house robberies, once the progress bar completes you will be stuck in the animation, rendering you unable to move or act. forever

Bug 2. If you take damage while dismantling, you are free to move but the progress bar doesn't cancel, allowing you to dismantle from range like before

Bug 3. Applying a bandage and then going to chop the car cancels the bandage and will not display any progress bar whatsoever, but you will in fact be chopping it. It's a visual bug, only cosmetic.

Steps to recreate:
1. Hold an item from a house robbery in your inventory/hands
3. Go get the chop shop vehicle
4. Start dismantling the wheels
5. Find yourself stuck in an animation unable to do anything once it completes

1. Start dismantling vehicle
3. Take damage
4. The animation holding you in place cancels but the progress bar continues
5. You can just walk away/run around and it'll complete at range

1. Apply bandage, don't let the progress finish
2. Start chopping car
3. Bandaging cancels, and chopping commences, but it doesn't display any progress bar.
