Suggestion Confirm or deny if there's a way to offload Jewellery

Mostly for my own sanity, I've spent so much time with others trying to find a way to do this, I don't actually believe the method was implemented yet lol.
I don't need to be told where or how, just if it's actually implemented and still worth the bother of trying to discover.

it's a big map, and a lot of interactions are unmarked, although I've certainly exhausted all my logical ideas.

As someone who spent countless hours going across the map, onshore and offshore for some of it for numerous situations like this, e.g: where to sell stolen items from houses, then where to get stuff for weed and then this, I do genuinely think it would be good to have transparency with the community when stuff gets added to a degree. I understand the allure of 'wanting to find it organically' but something along the lines of:

Added: Meth cooking - there's sure to be some junkies looking for their next fix

It's enough to confirm a mechanics existence so people can start to try and find and do it - the jewellry store was only found by sheer chance iirc - but also giving a hint as to where you can sell it to an NPC of some variety would be good. It's nothing too obvious, the map is literally filled with homeless camps and druggies but at least you're not going to start scaling chiliad, or start sailing to random islands in hopes of finding a meth NPC. Plus it at least confirms their existence, which saves us going insane. I'll be honest, I actually gave up looking for the jewelry guy and again I had combed the island twice before trying to find the weed guy and the item buyer.

It's for the best. Plus, you can move stuff around once we hit full release and we'll at least know stuff exists at that point so we won't mind the search so much.

if that's referring to robbing the place, if I recall correctly that function was announced and showcased in an update post last year, believe it was centre stage.

Damn I got all the way to 26 and stopped thinking it wasn't properly announced, sod's law.

Well either way, checking against that, yeah it confirms its existence and that's really good (I'm perpetually worried something has been added and we don't know, I crave content) but instead of

Police have been receiving reports of disturbances at the jewellery store.

I think it would've been good to have it as

Today in the news there's been a string of reported disturbances at the local jewellery store, meanwhile a local pawn shop is reporting record profits!

That tells us the jewelry store is open and can be robbed and somewhere there is a pawn shop buying the jewels, or something to that effect. It doesn't tell us which jewellery store - though the banner image did that for us - and it doesn't say which pawn shop or where it is, only that there is one. That'd mean we'd still be looking across pretty much anywhere on the map that has stores, but it at least doesn't mean we're again looking to see if there's a pirate boat at sea buying them or something, y'know?
