The Problem? EMS Defibs are not working yet, we can't revive anyone in the field.
The Solution? I personally kind of like that we can't straight-up "heal" someone outside the hospital, but I'd like if patients could be stabilized if a critical state or something similar would ever come in practice.
Two other ideas: (1), allow reviving of patients outside hospital, but make it an IC rule to bring patients to the hospital for post-evaluation, as is done IRL if a patient regains spontaneous circulation.
(2), similar to above, add a random chance if it works or not when done in the field.
