Fixed Deleting evidence deletes the case

If you attach evidence to a case and you remove the evidence from the evidence room subsequently deleting the relevant locker since it is now empty. This will also remove all cases in which the locker was referenced and attached.

I would like to recommend going forward introducing a way to remove attached evidence from the MDT.
