Donation problem

Hey I'm trying to donate from my bank card where I have enough Money to donate on both TR and EU currencies but it still wont let me, this is what I get:

Error: This transaction could not be completed, please try a different card or contact: help@paddle.com
Code: CAE-1

I called the bank earlier today and permitted internet shopping too.


Paypal is also not an option if you're going to suggest it, it's banned in my country, yes see I'm from Erdoganland.


So, any ideas?

Nevermind, found out my old paypal account still had Money in it so it worked for now, but I'll be open for further replies as I'll have to pay from my card in following months.

Not something I can help with. Paddle are our payment system provider so your query is better with them, though it could be due to trade restrictions as you're in Turkey.
