Fixed Extra job workers are not able to help with dismantling a car (chopshop)

Bug - Previously, anybody in the same job group could help with pulling tires and doors off of cars once they have been delivered to the chopshop. This is no longer the case, and I assume that this is probably a bug? The icons do not even come up or anything anymore so it may be intended but there's not been any communication about it so!

How to replicate - Have someone else start a chopshop job, get them to add you to it, deliver the car to the chopshop, try to help with taking off the tires and doors.
