Serious Fallout 3 GOTY

So I bought GOTY about a month ago and ever since the game wasn't working properly like Fallout:NV, which I also bought with Fallout 3 GOTY. I did the thing in Data Files with the boxes and I also uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I also got rid of Games For Live with a mod that removes it and GFL even says I don't have the DLC files in it. I cant get a refund at this point and it is really pissing me off on it.
Got anymore suggestions?
