In Progress fix/add crafting recipes + add scavenge roll calculator

Suggestion:
fix and add the update crafting recipes from the crafting spreadsheet. I think these weren't added because it would be annoying to update them but i've run into people who didn't even know about the crafting spreadsheet, and having to /help about it repeatedly is annoying when theres discrepancies in recipes (ie armor scraps) or just to craft stuff at all

AND

add an scavenge roll calculator, where staff can input the players roll (so they still get to /roll) and it automatically does the admins side of rolls, and spits out a list of items to spawn. would make scavenging easier and fix complaints about people not understanding the system

you dont really need me present, it's really easy to do. i mean the crafting stuff to put ingame is literally just copying the recipes from the document and putting them ingame, and the scavenging system should be pretty easy for you to put in. worst case scenario it's a string of if statements lol

(I don't know LUA but usually statements like these are gross-oversimplifications and rarely an optimized way of doing it)
