Like what @Chester said try to remove blue light
Makes it so much easier to sleep
Also haven't had a migraine for ages now, but that could be attributed to other stuff

Ok, so when I sleep, I usually go to bed around 11-12ish, but I wake up around 3 or 4 feeling energized. The problem with this is, mid-day, i'll start getting sleepy, which will fuck up alot of my plans.

Not a good place to post this at, but i've had health issues before.

i'd highly recommend installing f.lux if you're spending lots of time on your PC towards nighttime, it's basically the night mode from your phone but a lot more configurable and for your PC
