Suggestion HUD update

Suggestion:
update the name part of the hud to look like this:

but instead of a question mark it’s their reference picture, disable it if wearing a balaclava, or gas suit etc


Why it would be worth adding:
It would help me better understand who I am looking at

Only downside, besides the obvious average rollenspiel refpic, is that this wouldn't work well with a lack of standard image sizes or at least aspect ratios for reference pictures.

If we could find one __x__ image size that works well and have the section for a reference pic URL be like '600x600/400x400/whatever STRONGLY recommended!' then this might not be the worst idea, assuming people don't upload wretched shit as their reference pictures. Which is itself a gamble.

I mean, could have it work with it being scaled down until both width and height values are below or at a certain maximum size.
(Additionally, it's probably good to have it be optional to the player in light of some ref-pictures)
