I bought a workshop

about a year ago, my parents neighbors house caught on fire. my parents backyard, fence and just about everything in between got destroyed. the wind was blowing the opposite direction from their house and spread to a second neighbors place, also burning it down. one of the homeowners died as a result, the whole thing was just a mess

during the whole clearing process, they were stealing from our parents water line, throwing garbage into their yard and so on. just being pricks in general. I recently just finished building them a new fence

I found out I liked building shit between then and now, so I bought space in a warehouse for dirt cheap. like dirt dirt cheap. it needs a lot of work, but hopefully something can be made out of it

theres another space in that I didnt take any pictures of, but theres actually a door behind the saddles that has a lot more moving room. it needs roof patching, electrical work and just about everything imaginable done to it. of the goodies ive found left behind, there was a few saddles, a pair of skies, a bike, a mini fridge and a couple cases of decent power tools. other than that it looks like it was used partially as a place to put together saddles and storage for a crackhead

im going to see about removing the two windows, since breaking into it would end up quite easy otherwise

you're definitely gonna have to give some TLC that workshop, but with some elbow grease it could be a good place to make some money

Looks good man. A lot of people in real life might say shit like how it’s stupid but like not to sound cliche and stuff but, if your doing something you enjoy your already doing better then 90% of people in the world. You got a good thing going so don’t let it go.
