Suggestion Less Rain

It's rained a lot today. It got so bad today, that waves were doing some pretty insane gymnastics and swallowing up vehicles and causing people to drown.

Maybe it only rains once a day instead. It seems to be a 50/50 chance most of the time whether it's going to be not raining, or raining

It should now be less likely to start and/or continue raining. I can't believe that it rained as much as it did because the probabilities just don't make sense but me and rng don't play nicely on the best of days
