Description: If you kill certain animals, you can't skin them, such as cows, pigs, pets, etc. While it's not exactly 'hunting', it would be cool if I could raid a farm and slaughter their cattle, and the skin/meat of the cows/pigs be worth a lot, in exchange for it being an illegal act and NPC's call the cops if you're seen doing it.
What should occur: If you kill any animal, you should be able to skin it and attempting to do so to 'protected' animals should cause an illegal poaching ping to appear for cops if players are spotted by NPC's doing it.
Prerequisites: The corpse of a cow and a hunting knife.
Repro steps:
1. Navigate over the corpse of the cow.
2. Draw your Hunting Knife.
3. Attempt to skin the animal.
4. Observe.
