Character name: Raymond Kane
Date of birth: 04/05/1983
Briefly describe your character's background:
Born in Carcer City, Officer Kane has been put on leave and transferred to three seperate departments all across the continental United States spanning his twenty year career. Once for discharging his weapon at a Shih Tzu in his home town of Carcer, once for use of excessive force in Algonquin, and a third time for perjury and extortion in Bohan, both in Liberty City.
After subsequent media outrage he was once again placed on leave, and through various connections was transferred across the country to the L.S.P.D. under the condition that he is stripped of his rank and goes through the mandatory two week training that all police officers of San Andreas must complete.
Will the most violent police force in the U.S. be able to rehabilitate Kane? Probably not.
Why do you want to join the LSPD? (IC & OOC):
IC: To maintain his career after the aforementioned misunderstanding which lead to his transfer.
OOC: I like playing police and chasing Roberts, and think this character would provide a much needed and interesting dynamic in the city.
What are your character's short-term and long-term goals within the LSPD?:
To re-establish the ever so successful C.R.A.S.H. program from the 90s, rid the gang-ridden streets of South L.S. of hoodlums, enforce peace and order through an iron fist and rise through the ranks to finally recieve the recognition he deserves. And of course, get filthy stinking rich while doing it.
