Suggestion Make Semicolon Excempt

Suggestion: Make the semicolon except from being removed in dialogue.
Why it would be worth adding: There is dialogue that would benefit from a semicolon rather than a full stop. Besides, its removal in dialogue without being replaced by a fullstop makes the sentence look incohesive.
Necessary content: Adding semicolon to the list of excemptions in the relevant function.

this is correct, it shouldn't filter out when you aren't using a voiceline
