missing UI/addon textures

Ever since I fixed my game redownloading addons constantly, when I hop on the server I'm met with this;

I do have all the content, only other addons I have are from the WW3RP content pack. Currently running the Chromium branch of Garry's Mod.

I've verified the cache, subscribed/unsubbed from content, made sure all episodic/CSS content is mounted. No clue what's causing problems.

Figured it out eventually, the problem was Steam itself. For whatever reason it wasn't actually in sync with the workshop, I'm guessing something was blocking it from actually downloading the addons fully, probably my anti-virus.

Running it as an administrator fixed the problem, then it was as simple as unsubbing/resubbing to the addons.
