Hey my dudes I got a idea for the people in neb
It's not that hard but It might help the neck beards with losing one kg outta the 100s they have.
Basically no muscle march is a little challenge which makes you exercise more
Day one: 100 press ups 50 Sit ups
Day two: 100 sit ups 50 press ups
Day three: 1.5 mile run
Day four: Same as day one
Day five: Same as day two
Day six: Same as day three
Day seven: Rest day
You do this for the whole month and also you cannot nut during the whole month and you have colder showers.
This is called no muscle march because you are destroying most muscles (Arms, legs, abs) in the hope they come back more toned and bigger.
What do yalls think?
