Fixed PAC for Pulse SMG is scuffed

Description: When equipped, but not in your hands - the PAC location is scuffed. Refer to pic:

Steps to reproduce: Equip Pulse SMG, Switch to hands.
Additional notes: May be an issue with other pulse weapons, but I don't have access to them.
