Fixed Phone cannot be closed at times when used in car

Phone randomly froze on screen while driving a Taxi with a passed out passenger in the back, Prevents any input, except getting in and out of the vehicle. Alt F4 is the only option to "fix".

If this happens again, open up the console with F8 and post whatever errors you find (if any). You can open the log file by pressing the "Open log" button on the right of the console text box
