Prison Lockers, is a simple concept that any items taken off a person are automatically put into a locker that can be accessed from the outside. Current prisoners cant actually take things out of the locker but can give permission for other citizens of the island to put things in or take certain stuff out for example with the exception of weapons. This process does require an ID in most circumstances but the guard requiring it can be paid off for a small fee, the prisoner themselves will always have final say on whether any individual can take certain items out
This serves two purposes, One, Cops when they forget to give people certain items back can go to the prison and place them in the locker while not giving it to the prisoner while they are in prison.
