Spazzing effects (Picture evidence.)

So I'm having a bit of troubles with the effects...

These glitched effects would change shape and color speratically, and I really want to fix these.

Its a good thing I dont have fucking epilepsy.

Never really had this problem; are you drivers up to date? Your graphics card is probably dying or an addon is conflicting with it somehow.

Yeah, everything is up-to-code with my drivers, my graphics card is fine, Gmod is running on high textures, and its at a fine FPS pace, the last option is possibly it, but IDK which addon it is.
