Basically, this is what happens when you click that link:
You get a steam key
If you put it inside of steam like you do when you get a game key, then it will crash your steam.
A bot will immediately change your email and passwords in two or three seconds
and you're fucked.
This is what one of my friends told me after he clicked the link.
Also, I want to mention that he managed to get his account back luckily
