Serious Stress in Gmod communities

Being staff on a serious SCPRP server was the worst time I'd ever had involving this game. Any time I tried playing anything else, even other games, I'd get a nag in my mind that I should be doing staff things and when I did staff things I wanted to die
Didn't help that half the headstaff were brainlets and the server manager was younger than me with the expected level of maturity that implies
Damn shame too because I love the setting like no other
