Bug Stuck in flipping vehicle animation

I think the main culprit is related to having a microwave in my hand.

My car flipped over, I went to fix it and when the loading bar was finished, as soon as my character went to get in the car, the animation started playing again. It was 'impossible' to get out of, the only fix was tackling.

Also sometimes when going to search a trunk and quickly backing out, you'll get stuck in the animation.
