Bug Synth scanner flashlight derp

Description: In third person, the flashlight for the synth scanner bugs out flickering all over the place. Other people can see it too.
This is not present in first person (to the best of my knowledge)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be scanner
2. Be in thirdperson (default)
3. Press F
4. Rave lights
