Description: No clue what this bug is, but it's something straight out of Garry's mod. Someone welded a Taxi to my wheels.

How to Replicate?: Spawn in that Ambulance on the off-chance this bug occurs. Might be an issue with that particular Ambulance, but it's only just started happening.
