Your Name: Kayla Harper
State/Licence ID: #1262
Do you have a criminal record? (Y/N): Y
Previous job experience: Experience assisting my father in running a local bar while growing up, though within the city I've jumped around odd-jobs primarily as a delivery driver for GoPostal and as a hunter in Paleto Bay.
Are you currently in debt or have been in the past?
No I am not in debt, Yes I have been in debt in the past for about a day until I repaid it.
Business Name: Tequi-la-la
Explain in as much detail as needed what your business is about:
While I have been in the city there has been various impromptu locations where people gather for social interaction, primarily coming down to the now famous among the residents of the city fast food restaurants Up 'N Atom and Burgershot. The common case between these two locations being the simple fact it serves nourishing food and tasty drinks in a fast capacity.
However, I was looking for a better place to socially gather. A place where the music is loud, there's fun games to challenge your fellows to and overall truly enjoy your time there. During this venture I located the failed business venture of the previous Tequi-la-la owners. They've originally had the same goal in mind, though through their mistakes they've fallen apart and become this extremely niche place where some locals gather today.
Having heard that the owners have all but truly abandoned the idea, I sought the idea of recovering, polishing and rebuilding it to be a respectable location within the city. First we'd refurbish the location and get the bar up and running. While we have no intent on truly competing with the fast food chains in the city, famous for menu items such as their milkshakes, we cannot ignore the needs of our guests. With that we will provide a menu that might be relatively light on food items, but will focus primarily on our drinks.
The Bar will provide a varied and enjoyable menu of Alcoholic drinks varying from a simple shot of Vodka to Margaritas and of-course an in-house Margarita mix. Of-course to the residents of the city who prefer to remain away from alcohol due to buzzwords such as 'Addiction' we also provide a measured menu of non-alcoholic drinks such a eCola, Sprunk and Water.
And after you get hungry, we offer a simple collection of snacks such as chips, peanuts and popcorn. Though this menu is subject to grow we felt it covers the necessities and leaves room as we find our own place within the business world of Los Santos.
Now for what we hope to become our primary attraction, Entertainment. The Tequi-la-la location depending on which of the interior refurbishments will be chosen if any can provide various forms of entertainment. Though examples of such options are Arcade Games, A Pool Table and potentially a Boxing Ring to host events with the proper medical personel nearby to help rid our guests rid themselves of frustration and settle disputes or just enjoy watching some people beat the shit out of each other as a spectator.
Aside from this entertainment, depending on the policies of the government, there is the prime location for music to play and a dance floor for people to dance to while loosened up from our various tasty drinks and unwind from a losing streak in the other forms of entertainment.
Explain how this business would be beneficial for members of the public:
In the current state of Los Santos socializing is found in it's bare basic forms, there are places to gather but most of them are more museums of businesses that used to be or are reputable places primarily for serving great and nourishing goods. None of these businesses truly provide entertainment to the extend we seek to provide and beyond that have a significant lack of alcoholic beverages for those who seek something stronger!
Explain what you require in order to get started with your business venture:
With the help of government funding and a potential loan, we seek to refurbish the present location of Tequi-la-la into a respectable location and help get the specific available games depending on the interior designer chosen functional for our guests. Alongside the assistance of software for employees to sign in and out of we also seek the following initial menu for the bar:
Kamikaze Shot
A quick and simple shot of Vodka and lime juice garnished with a lime on the rim.
Flamin' Cougar Shot
A shot of whiskey and peppers to burn all the way down in memory of the hunters lost to the cougars.
Cappucinotini Shot
A shot of vodka and coffee to prove you are addicted to the caffeine and not the alcohol.
Tequi-la-la Slammer Shot
A shot of tequila and various other spirits bound to make you see double on the double.

And potentially uniforms, though the standard clothing available in the city is probably sufficient to work through more of a dress-code.
Finally, if possible it would be great if there was a way to get a jukebox or other sound system operational for (royalty-free) music and a functioning microphone for someone on stage.
