It has come to our attention that the Romanian bourgeois from the miserable city of Bucharest are attempting to lay claim on the free land of Agora. A brave imperialist response from a state that otherwise declares itself as Democratic. After all, it was Democracy that prevailed, prospered and discovered the Thermonuclear device that was capable of decimating multiple cities with a press of a singular button - the grand achievement of the Cold War. Ruling through war not peace - a war propelled by an arms race and an artificial peace intimidated through the existence of nukes.

I think it is only fair we play a little game with your warmongering attempts. Should the rowdy Bucharest militia make a mere step into the territory of Agora. A dropship will be dispatched to drop a little gift.

It feels wrong to ruin the surprise, but here is a little peek: The city of Bucharest will be permanently left without electricity, the state of Agora will cease to exist, and your little Junta will drown.

I suggest you make a careful choice otherwise as it will be a costly one.

Our cause is not a call for unnecessary bloodshed, but for liberation. The Quran guides us, 'Fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed. Allah does not like transgressors.' (Quran 2:190).

Our sacrifices shall be the seeds from which the tree of freedom shall grow and prosper. We do not fear death, for we are guided by the words of Allah, 'And say not of those who are slain in the way of Allah: 'They are dead.' Nay, they are living, though ye perceive it not.' (Quran 2:154).

May Allah guide our path, strengthen our resolve, and bless our noble quest. The war has just begun, and by the grace of Allah, victory shall be ours. Do not heed their words and fight. Praised be to Allah."

However, Bucharest's recent proclamation of Agora's status being changed, no, downright annexed by Bucharest in nature goes against previously established deals and treaties made with both parties.

I came to Romania with my business and settled in Agora for terms negotiated between the Free State of Agora and Bucharest as it guaranteed a state of total neutrality and the direction of said State to be directed by those living there. I am one of those people.

Despite this, the Bandits and Warmongers of Bucharest's Militarized "Democracy" violated our Neutrality, far worse that even the Combine have done, and insisted on letting their bloodthirsty Mercenaries run free and dictate what happens with Agora. This is unbecoming of the newer, Freer world.

For those on all sides. Combine, Rebellion and Individual Parties, do not forget what Bucharest's Mercenaries did on their first days here. Violating the Neutrality of Agora, threatening locals and businesses for upholding our Neutrality, and displaying a clear lack of an open mind which even the Soldiers amongst the Transhuman Arm are capable of showing us.

I may continue my business inside Agora, I may not. I have always tolerated Bucharest and their rabble for the sake of peace, and most importantly, profit.

I could tolerate the odd raid they performed on my Suppliers convoys.
I could tolerate their nature as long as they respected Agora's rules.

My tolerance in their state has run out.

I am but one man. An aging one from a time some people didn't even experience. A true shame.

I will be keeping a keen eye out for any further progression with Agora.
