A premature and informal evaluation of the Garrison of 314 has been completed. It is to our disappointment that a plethora of basic imperfections were promptly discovered by interacting, as well as observing the physical and mental attributes from a selection of functionaries within the recreation room and the bunks on the 3rd of May, 2023:
- the evident degradation in garrison cohesion.
- the subpar cleanliness and maintenance of apparel or equipment.
- the visible symptoms of malnutrition.
- the psychological symptoms of trauma.
- the non-existent or limited knowledge in operation of assets and equipment.
- the limited favour towards the Rank Leaders.

Discrepancies have also been uncovered following the audit of paperwork pertaining to the history and service of functionaries within the garrison. A correlation between the aforementioned imperfections and the lack of intervention in forms of memory replacement has been established. Additionally, it has been discovered that supplementary memory replacement as part of receiving additional privileges and perks has been significantly neglected. In conclusion, it has been estimated that ~63% of the functionaries within the garrison are overdue for a form of memory replacement.

The phenomenon of certain functionaries showing symptoms of malnutrition questions whether this is a malignant conspiracy, a hopeless attempt at suicide, a general loss of appetite, or the direct consequences of the trauma which the functionary may have underwent. A further assessment is necessary to yield a proper conclusion, as such, the following functionaries are mandated to undergo a psychological and well-being examination in the medical bay: HERO-0, HERO-3, JURY-3, JURY-6, JURY-7, KING-1, KING-4, QUICK-0, QUICK-6, UNION-6, VICE-3, VICE-4, XRAY-0, XRAY-5.

An evaluation process is necessary - a monthly process which will determine the quality and quantity of privileges, as well as the severity of disciplinary action. It is vital the cohesion, the performance, and the operations of Garrison 314 are frequently monitored and reviewed as part of the evaluation. The conclusion of the evaluation will subsequently yield a rating which will adjust the aforementioned factors.

A - Acceptable
B - Breakthrough
C - Convalescent
D - Deterioration.
E - Embarrassment
F - Fractured

The intention of the rating is to enforce a culture centred around self-discipline, proactive thinking, and teamwork - the garrison will only be as strong as the weakest link. Should the creation of the culture prove successful and sustainable, it should, in theory, inspire functionaries to show progressive improvement and excel at duties while at the same time engaging in rudimentary and non-malicious self-policing.
