This only started happening after I added and enabled CS:S, HL2e1 and HL2e2 content. All errors/missing textures are fixed but I now have these boxes stuck on my screen:
EDIT3: I've now installed the Steam version of CS:S, this has fixed the animation bugs I was having but the boxes are still stuck to my screen.
EDIT4: Fixed. Was my HL2ep1 content.
