Fixed UI problems - gas station broken, chop shop menu broken

Since the last patch, a couple of things broke.

For starters, you can no longer access the vendor menu at a gas station. So it's not possible to buy stuff from Raj, like bandages, candy bars, water bottles, etc.

It also broke the chop shop menu (on occassion, unsure of the trigger. It works fine, for the most part.)
