Description: It has been observed that you are able to scroll up and down on both the Contacts app and the Phone app, however the Messages app does not allow you to scroll up and down.
What should occur: The Scroll Wheel should work for Texts.
Prerequisites: A phone in your inventory and enough texts to go beyond a single page.
Repro steps:
1. Load character.
2. Open phone.
3. Access Messages
4. Attempt to scroll.
5. Observe.
