Suggestion waypoint changes

Suggestion: Make waypoint icons hit the edge of your screen when looking away, and the text (and distance) disappear when not looking in the direction of the waypoint. Additionally, add the ability to make them permanent (doesn't have to be through restarts).
Why it would be worth adding: Old functionality from cw, looks cool, and QOL.
