What are your favourite characters that somebody else has made?

As the title says, what are your favourite characters that another user has made? Whether they be from HL2RP, WW3RP or any other roleplay gamemode/event, some characters must've left a better impression on you than others for various different reasons. You can also give an explanation as to why you enjoy them so much if you feel like it.
